Ingredients
Scale
- (2) Slices of Bread (sub for Gluten Free)
- (2-4) slices of deli turkey (any thickness or type- smoked, roasted, pastrami)
- (1/4) small avocado, smashed and lightly salted
- 1 tbsp of hummus
- slices of cucumber, lightly salted
- handful of raw spinach leaves
- *optional: fresh sprouts
Instructions
- Spread hummus on one slice, spread mashed avocado on second slice
- Layer turkey on avocado, then cucumber, spinach, sprouts (if using) and top with hummus slice.
- Cut in half, enjoy!
