Description
Creamy Cool Paleo Ranch that goes with everything yet not free of dairy or gluten. Bonus, this is also a Keto friendly recipe.

- 3/4 cup Paleo approved mayo Primal Foods Avocado Oil Mayo
- 4 tbsp unsweetened plain cashew or macadamia nut milk
- 1 1/2 ts Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp or more depending on taste Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp dried Olive Fusion Dry Ranch Mix (*optional- mix own dry mix: 2 tbsp dried dill, 1 tbsp dried parsley, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a large Mason jar (with lid) combine all ingredients. Seal with lid and shake vigorously
- Taste and add more of any of the ingredients above, too thick- thin it out with more non-dairy milk, too thin- add more mayo, always adding a bit more salt and pepper bring out flavor depth.
- Store dressing in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to all for dried herbs to reconstitute.
- Keep refrigerated and use within a week.
Notes
- Search for Mayos made from minimal ingredients with no refined sugar or thickening agents (gums, etc). Option to substitute Avocado oil based mayo for mayo of choice (vegan or regular) or even plain unsweetened grass fed or dairy free plain greek yogurt.
- Ranch goes with almost everything and even if you aren’t Paleo, Dairy Free or Vegan it is always a good call to swap out store bought for fresh made-at-home dressing. Just a few ideas where to try it….
