- 1/2 tsp Sea, Himalayan or Celtic sea salt @celticseasalt, plus more to taste

Dip Topping
- 4 tbsp Avocado oil
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions
- Grab a medium to large mixing bowl, add yogurt, cream cheese, salt , pepper, chives and mix well. Combine avo oil and chopped garlic in cast iron or non-stick skillet. Cook at medium to medium low heat, frequently stirring until garlic changes to a beautiful golden hue range.
- Immediately take off heat to avoid burning (this cooks fast so keep your attention on it) and pour the garlic and its oil in the dip bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight night in sealed container.
- Before serving, cook up the crispy garlic chips. Set a mesh sieve over an empty bowl. Add avo oil to cast iron or non-stock skillet. Over medium heat let oil get hot but not smoking, add garlic slices, stir frequently, cook until golden. Pour into sieve set over bowl.
- Drizzle garlic oil on top of dip, add garlic chips and parsley.

Notes
- When using a dairy free substitute for yogurt and cream cheese go for a mild tasting version. Coconut versions can have a strong flavor depending on the brand.
- Try to buy organic when you can.
- If you allergic to Avocado oil sub out for Organic refined coconut oil, this version won’t have the coconut “taste”.
